UHH UHH UHH, ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST
That was the song going through my mind as I went for a run this morning..it was really hard to get my motivation together after chatting in the net for a while..but..I did, I got my butt up and ran, even though it was only 8km..it was better than nothing.
Strange day though, weather was crazy..rainy, windy, hot, sunny, lightening and thunder followed by really hot sunshine..It's no wonder I have a headache now.
No running plans for tommorow.
