Been discussing the best plan for my Sunday run. Either I could do a slow 15 KM with a speed of 7 to 7:20min per KM or 12KM but faster. I?ve decided to do 15KM, with the option of a last 1km if I still felt good. I have done that run before and did the 16km..but it?s the bridges that mess me and my knee up. And the last time was together with J?rg and this time I?m alone...I miss running with him..but it?s a problem..I don?t like leaving the kids with my friends every time..so if this is the price we pay..then so be it. it?s good to have my friends in emergencys or when we have got a race, but we can?t ask them all the time. My knee is still making me suffer a bit but I hope that by Sunday it will be ok.
